An Egg-cellent Easter Interactive
Easter season is a magical time chock full o’ feelings of renewal & egg-citement that the nice weather is (maybe?) here to stay! It also brings about another special occasion, in which we open our studio doors to our family and friends, and invite them into OUR home: Our 2nd Annual Easter Interactive Celebration!
As we sat & brainstormed design concepts & interactive elements for our celebration, we recalled the success and fun of last year’s event and knew we had to go “bigger & better” this time around! Our studio’s backroom was converted to a bunny patch, in bloom with giant flowers, jumbo carrots, & greenery galore. Of course a special guest appearance by our old pal the Easter Bunny.
Groups who purchased tickets to the event were given private, prioritized time to access The Easter Bunny’s Magic Garden. Children and adults alike were bestowed a pair of bunny ears & an egg-collecting tote for the adventures ahead. As the groups hopped (literally!) down the bunny trail, they were invited to snap family photos with a special interactive photo booth, courtesy of our friends at Port Photo Booth (portphotobooth.com). Groups were eager with anticipation as the Magic Garden was revealed to them through a sliding door into a fantasy-like realm.
With over 2,000 balloons, a fully immersive experience was upon them. Hopping along to some of our favorite Easter hits on the jukebox: children frollicked in a playroom of wonderment, as they feverishly hunted for prize-packed easter eggs. They were also given a special mission: to recover the Easter Bunny’s lost “Golden Egg.” Which, when safely returned to our hoppy-go-lucky friend, earned them a special reward!
We had over 175 guests come through our doors throughout the 2 weekends, and not one left without a giant smile (and a whole lot of Easter presents!). Some were lucky enough to leave with yums from our friend Kristie at To Love From Scratch (tolovefromscratch@gmail.com).
It is important to our Team to maintain a tradition of hosting these types of events. As a way to not only interact with our clients, but also give our team the ability to show off our talents & personalities while we are providing a fun, individualized atmosphere, and can share in the joy of a fun family afternoon event.
We anticipate continuing this celebration and tradition for years to come. The only hard part will be brainstorming on how to go even BIGGER next time!?
