Special Event Rentals, Balloon Décor, Birthday Balloon Burst or Corporate Event- we are here to help bring your vision to life! We make the process a breeze- here’s how:

Gather the Information

Once you’ve submitted your inquiry through our website  “Contact Us” form, a Team Member will confirm our availability and respond to you no later than the following *business day. 

(*marquee requests may have a longer wait time for confirmation)

After confirming our availability to elevate your event, we will work with you via email to conceptualize your event day design and define all the important details. We will be asking for venue photos, inspiration photos, and measurements of your space after confirming availability, so please have those prepared!
Event dates & specific rental items requested can be held with a $250 non-refundable deposit; this deposit will go towards the final amount due for your event.

Confirm and Deliver

When your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for 50% of your event total which can be paid online, over the phone (via credit card), by Venmo, or by check (in person/mail). 

Final payment will be due *3 weeks prior to your event.  (*Events booked inside of the 3 week window may require full payment at time of confirmation, unless otherwise specified)

* Correspondence does not = confirmation! We will not create your masterpiece until payment has been received in full unless other agreements have been made.

Head over to our Inquiry Form and fill out the details the best you can. From there, we will reach out confirming the details of your request. Once rental details are confirmed, the process is easy: An online invoice will be sent to you requesting you submit a 50% deposit of the total cost of your rental to hold your date. Deposit is non-refundable. Three weeks prior to your event date, pay your invoice in full. 48 hours prior to your scheduled event, we will reach out confirming the details of your event, scheduled delivery time and details

We offer pickups at our studio in Sandwich, MA Wednesday-Saturday.  Deliveries are available 7 days a week.* (*may require qualifying order amount minimum)

We mainly service all of Cape Cod, Plymouth, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, but our items have been rented in surrounding states as well!

Once you submit your Inquiry Form, we will respond to your inquiry by email or telephone within 24 hours confirming the details of your request.

Our balloons are 100% biodegradable! They are made from 100% natural latex and decompose as fast as a maple leaf. These latex balloons are earth friendly and come from rubber trees, which are left intact during harvesting. These rubber trees can produce latex for up to 40 years!
