Love Yoga Fest is a three day celebration of yoga, wellness, and community, set on beautiful Seacrest Beach in Falmouth, MA. LYF’s founder, Annika, contacted us because she wanted to ensure people left at the conclusion of the event not only feeling empowered, but feeling a strong sense of community with their fellow attendees.

We were so excited to be able to do one of our most favorite things – bring people TOGETHER! We curated a vibe that was not only on brand, but one that encouraged each guest to participate. We did this through a variety of fun and creative installations as well as unique photo opportunities – perfect for social media marketing!

We LOVE partnering with local vendors – attendees were greeted with two varieties of fresh pressed juices from Hometown Juice & Co.

These (biodegradable!) balloons can be perfectly matched to any colorway and provide a great focal point in large conference rooms.

As guests entered the market place, they were greeted with our 8’ round backdrop. We invited them to take a “strike a yoga pose” and post the photo on social media for a chance to win free tickets to next year’s event. It was a great conversation piece and started the event off with lots of laughs!

Another interactive feature we created was a Buddha wall. Buddha statues inspire the normal human being to be free of the sufferings in our lives. Attendees could leave a Buddha for someone to accept on their journey or choose a Buddha to take with them on their own journey to enlightenment.

The International Day of Peace fell on the same weekend as LYF, so we felt it was important to incorporate it into the weekend. We asked each attendee to state their Intention of Peace of the wall. What started as a blank canvas ended the weekend as a visual representation of the community’s wish for peace.

We partnered with LYF founder as well as the creative team for lululemon to create a Zen Den, designed around the heart chakra. This safe and quiet space featured yoga mats, meditation headphones, allll the pillows and custom art designed by a local artist. It was a perfect gathering spot for new friends and old.

We loved having the chance to be a part of this truly beautiful, empowering event. Creating a sense of community and belonging while having fun (and perfecting our downward dog) is what we do best!

Namaste!
